Christine "Chrissy" Marie Farley, a beloved resident of Marietta, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2026, at the age of 55. Born on December 1, 1970, in Marietta, Chrissy was a cherished member of her community, known for her warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit.

Chrissy was a proud graduate of Marietta High School, Class of 1989. She created a loving and nurturing environment for her family and friends. Her home was always filled with laughter, love, and the delightful presence of her two adored dogs, Elise and Millie. She was a woman of faith and found joy in simple pleasures, such as shopping, gardening her beautiful flowers, riding her bike, kayaking, and swimming in the pool. Chrissy had a passion for the beach and cherished her trips to the shore, where she found peace and happiness. Chrissy's legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Chrissy is survived by her devoted significant other, Jason McNutt, of Marietta, Ohio, who lovingly called her his partner in life. She is also survived by her mother, Alice Walsh Farley, her baby sister, Katie Farley of Columbus, Ohio, and her loyal dogs, Elise and Millie. Chrissy was blessed with a circle of good friends who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael "Mick" Farley, and her grandparents, Bartley and Lena Fignar Walsh and Edwin and Geraldine Poole Farley, who undoubtedly welcomed her with open arms.

A celebration of Chrissy's life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and the joy she brought into their lives.
