Linda Lou Reed

Linda Lou Reed, 59, of Belpre, departed this world Monday, November 9, 2009. She was born September 16, 1950 in Parkersburg, WV to Edwin and Helen Yoho Dennis. She was a 1968 graduate of Warren High School. Linda loved taking long walks and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her kind heart and generous spirit. She is survived by her husband of twenty years, Michael W. Reed, two daughters, Jodie L. Brandt (Chad) of Marietta and Jennifer Hunter of Milton, WV, a son, Jamie R. Hunter (Becky) of Newark, stepdaughter, Jessica Reed of Austin, TX, three grandsons, Jude Brandt and Austin and Brayden Hunter, a granddaughter, Helaina Brandt, her father of Vincent, three sisters, Sharon Kimball of Northport, FL, Ann Eddy (Kenny) of Cutler and Pam Berringer (Donnie) of Portland, Ohio and a brother, Jack Dennis (Kay)of Vincent. Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Dennis and a brother, Kenneth Dennis. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 13, 2009, at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, with Pastor Dave Ellenwood officiating.
