Nancy Louise Huffman

March 31, 1931 — November 22, 2011

Nancy Louise Huffman, 80, of Vincent, died Peacefully Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at her home. Born March 2, 1931, in Wood County, WV, she was the daughter of the late William and Dortha Stathers Davis. She was a graduate of Parkersburg High School, and had retired as a bus driver for Ewing School and WASCO. Nancy was a member of the Ohio Horseman's Council. She enjoyed mule riding and camping. She also enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren and her dogs. Nancy is survived by one son, Bill Huffman (Tonya), of Vienna, WV. Also by two grandchildren, Tosha Hardman (Mike), of Belpre, and Zak Huffman (Amy), of Parkersburg, and four great-grandchildren, Bella Hardman, Dylan Warner, Nate Warner and Alex Allphin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ernest Huffman. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, November 27, 2011, at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, with Pastor William Tomlinson officiating. Burial will be at Barlow Central Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 1-2 PM Sunday at the funeral home. It is suggested that memorial donations may be directed to the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley, P. O. Box 5, Marietta, OH 45750.
