Paul Leroy Skinner

August 12, 1936 — March 10, 2019

Paul Leroy "Roy" Skinner passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019. He was born August 12, 1936 to Jay Leroy and Janetta Morrison Skinner in Confluence, PA.
He retired in 2010 from RJF after 21 years of employment. He was a Mason and a member of the RJF Union. Roy enjoyed keeping busy mowing grass, gardening, fishing, hunting and playing horseshoes.
Roy is survived by his wife Carolyn Jeanne Walter Skinner whom he married July 24, 1970; two children, Phillip Leroy Skinner (Shauna) of Inwood, WV and Kimberly Pauley (Roger) of Waynesville, OH; three grandchildren, Breanna, Seth and Hannah; two step grandchildren, Jonathan (Sydney) and Travis; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister and brother in law, Shirley and Fred Betker.
Masonic funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019 at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home. The family will greet friends on Friday, from 2 to 3 p.m.
